What kind of services do you provide?

Individual therapy to adolescents (13-18 YO) and adults 18+ YO. You can learn more about my specialites under Services.


 

What do sessions cost?

  • Individual Therapy Session - 53 minutes - $100 private pay or cost is based on your insurance 

  • Longer sessions can be arranged with me prior to our scheduled appointment time. 

 

How do I schedule an appointment?

On the Scheduling page you can click on the link that will take you to my portal where you can request an appointment or to schedule a 15 minute free consultation.  


 

Do you have reduced fee or sliding scale rates?

Contact me for sliding scale rates. You can email me or reach out through the Scheduling page. 


 

Do you accept insurance?

I currently accept: Aetna, Ambetter, Banner Health, BCBS, Centivo, Cigna, ClaimDOC, FL Blue, Meridian, Nippon, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, Peak Health, Providence, Sana Benefits, Surest, United Healthcare. I also accept other insurances and EAP's on Alma and Tava platforms. 


 

What kind of therapy do you provide?

I utilize evidenced-based therapeutic interventions to provide individual therapy including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement & Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Strengths-Based Therapy. The type of therapeutic intervention would depend on your needs.  

 

How long does therapy take?

Sessions are 53 minutes. As for the process itself, there are many variables that impact the length of therapy such as the condition and/or goals being treated, the type of therapy used, and your response and commitment. Therapy concludes when the client has met their goals that they established early on in the treatment.

How does online therapy work?

When an appointment is scheduled you will receive a confirmation email with a link for our video session. Just click on the link at the time of our session and it will instruct you as to how to connect. It’s simple!

 

Do you provide in-person sessions?

I do not typically offer in-person sessions. Please contact me by email or the Scheduling Page to discuss this option further. 

 

What if I need an appointment time you don’t offer?

You can message me through your Client Portal or email to arrange for an appointment time if you don’t see availability that works for you.

 

What are your hours?

I see clients M-Th 9:00AM - 5:00PM and Friday 9:00AM - 2:00PM. 

 

Do you provide support between sessions?

You can email or call for help with life’s daily challenges. We can determine then if it would be more appropriate to schedule a session.
